Green Manufacturing
HYP is located in Haofeng plating Industrial Park, Mayong Town, Dongguan City. It is a designated environmental protection professional base approved by the Provincial Environmental Protection Department. The infrastructure in the park has achieved "three connections and one leveling", and three "unities" of "unified wastewater treatment", "unified power supply" and "unified water supply" have been implemented.Centralized construction", "centralized pollution control" and "centralized management" three "concentrations" to achieve the high level of cleaner production in the platingindustry.-
Clean the electroplating production process, use the precious metal gold, palladium, and silver in the discharged wastewater to recover, and refine with a qualified treatment company, and transform it into the corresponding element or compound for reproduction.

Air Heating System
HYP uses air energy to heat and to produce hot water through the reverse action of air conditioners. This avoids potential safety hazards caused by heating equipment, as only hot water is used as a heat source in the production site. -
EDI Equipment
Four storage tanks are set up for tap water, pure water, ultrapure water, and concentrated water (different from plating wastewater).
Tap water is softened and then filtered by sandstone, activated carbon, resin, and cotton core, followed by purification through reverse osmosis to produce pure water.The pure water is further treated through EDI to become ultrapure water. Concentrated water with relatively high impurities produced during the pure water production process is not discharged, but passes through pipes to the storage tank on the roof. It is used for waste gas treatment spray towers and toilet flushing, making full use of water resources. The concentrated water produced during the ultrapure water manufacturing process is recycled into tap water and reused.

Sewage System
The industrial park has established 7 types of pipe networks for plating wastewater, which are uniformly collected in the wastewater pools of the industrial park for rough treatment before being sent to the wastewater station for further treatment through the network. Plating wastewater will not be privately discharged. HYP has six types of wastewater, including heavy metal wastewater, nickel-containing wastewater, comprehensive wastewater, etc., equipped with 12 wastewater barrels. The workshop naturally flows to the 6 low-level waste water collection barrels through the pipe network, and then the low-level waste water is automatically transferred to the high-level waste water through the pump body 6 waste water barrels. The industrial park will arrange personnel to test the waste water in the barrel twice a day, and it will be naturally discharged into the waste water pipe network of the industrial park within the acceptable range.

Exhaust Gas Treatment System
Two sets of waste gas treatment equipment are located on the roof of the building, and they carry out two-stage dosing, neutralization and spray filtration. The water quality is checked every day, and the waste gas is tested every six months to ensure that the waste gas discharged meets the national emission standards.
The exhaust air of the exhaust gas tower is greater than the air supply of the workshop to ensure that the production site handles the negative pressure state. On the one hand, the gas used in the production site does not overflow through the doors and windows, and at the same time, it ensures that the employees in the production site are in a fresh air environment.
Safe Production
HYP supplements and improves the company's environmental protection facilities based on the approval opinions of the environmental protection authorities on the completion acceptance report of the environmental protection facilities. Carry out standardized management on the outlets of the main pollution sources of the factory, and monitor and monitor the discharge of major pollution sources at any time.
