Metal Recovery System
The precious metals gold, palladium and silver in the wastewater discharged during the electroplating production
process are recovered and refined with qualified processing companies to be converted into corresponding elements or compounds for reproduction.
Air Energy Heating
HYP uses air energy heating, taking advantage of the reverse effect of air conditioning to produce hot water and
supply it to production equipment. Only hot water is used as the heat source at the production site to avoid safety hazards caused by heating equipment.
Ultrapure water EDI equipment
Four types of water storage tanks are set up, which are tap water, pure water, ultrapure water and concentrated
water (different from electroplating wastewater). Through tap water softening, sand, activated carbon, resin and cotton core filtration, pure water is purified by reverse osmosis method, and then processed by EDI to become ultrapure water. Concentrated water with relatively high impurities will appear in the process of pure water production. We do not discharge it, but lead it to the rooftop water storage tank through pipes, which is used as an exhaust gas treatment spray tower and toilet flushing, making full use of water resources. The concentrated water produced in the process of making ultrapure water is recycled into tap water and put into use again.
Sewage treatment system
The industrial park has set up seven types of electroplating wastewater pipe networks, which are uniformly collected in the industrial park's wastewater pool for rough treatment, and then sent to the wastewater station for re-treatment through the pipe network. All electroplating wastewater is not discharged privately. HYP has a total of six types of
wastewater, such as heavy metal wastewater, nickel-containing wastewater, and comprehensive wastewater. It is
equipped with 12 wastewater barrels. The workshop naturally flows to the six low-level wastewater collection barrels through the pipe network, and then the low-level wastewater is automatically transferred to the corresponding six high-level wastewater barrels through the pump body. The industrial park uniformly arranges personnel to test the wastewater in the barrel twice a day, and it is naturally discharged into the wastewater pipe network of the industrial park within the acceptable range.
Exhaust gas treatment system
Two sets of exhaust gas treatment equipment are on the roof, with two-stage dosing, neutralization and spray
filtration. Water quality inspection is carried out every day, and exhaust gas detection is carried out every six months to ensure that the exhaust gas discharged meets the national emission standards. The exhaust tower's exhaust air is greater than the workshop air supply, ensuring that the production site is in a negative pressure state. On the one hand, the gas at the production site does not overflow through doors and windows, and at the same time, it ensures that the employees at the production site are in a fresh air environment.
